Returns & Refunds Policy

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

An order is considered dispatched once you receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will issue a full refund of all payments received from you, including the shipping cost.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the return procedures described below will apply.

Refusal of Delivery / Return During Transit

If an order has already been dispatched and you decide not to receive it, or refuse delivery for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Customs duties or taxes charged by local authorities;
  • Customs clearance fees;
  • Change of mind after shipment;
  • Failure to collect the parcel from the carrier.

The parcel may be returned to us by the postal operator.

Once the returned parcel has been received by us, we will issue a refund for the products included in the order.

Please note that the original international shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipping services are paid to the postal operator at the time of dispatch and are not reimbursed to us when a shipment is returned.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by FeetGlide.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase whenever possible.

Returns After Delivery

If you have already received your order and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The products must be unused;
  • The products must be in their original condition;
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Before sending a return, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can provide return instructions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns initiated after dispatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product;
  • A defective product;
  • An incorrect product due to our error.

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photos showing the problem.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
