You have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the moment you or a third party you designated as the recipient (and not the shippers) took possession of the ordered goods.

To apply for a refund you need to fill out the form at the bottom of this page, or write a return request to [email protected].

To meet the transaction cancellation deadline, you just need to send a notice of the desire to use your right to return before the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you cancel the transaction, we’ll refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs that arise as a result of choosing a different type of delivery than the standard shipping offered by us). Refunds will be made using the same method that was used to pay for the order, without deducting any financial commissions.

A prerequisite for the return of funds is the return of the ordered goods to us. You must return the items to us no later than 14 days after you submit your return request. The deadline is considered met if the shipping document indicates the date before the expiration of the 14-day period from the date you submitted your application for the return.

Shipping of returned goods is paid by the customer.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss of value is associated with such handling of the goods that is not necessary to verify the properties and functionality of the goods.

ATTENTION!

• Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Send the product in its original packaging with all contents. If you don’t have the original packaging remaining, please use another suitable packaging to ensure protection of the product from damage in transit.
• Please don’t return the goods to us at the recipient’s expense.
• We’ll send you the details for sending the goods for return in response to the received return request.
